Fly Recipes
Box full of Chicken Feathers and Foam.

Come on in and take a look at the favorite patterns used for the many species of fish that inhabit our coastal Florida Gulf of Mexico waters. One of the things I love next to fishing these flies; is tying them. Most of these patterns are my own design, variations of established patterns or are copies of some of the most popular patterns to be tied onto a tippet.

Tie your own flies? Click on the fly of interest and you will find a materials list with step-by-step instructions on how to tie it. You may also purchase one or a few so you have something to copy while at the vice. Have any questions about fly tying or a the specific fly here?  Contact Me. If you would like some for your own fly box, you can purchase these flies at $5.50 each.

Want to start fly tying? I offer instruction that will get you started on a life long hobby that is most rewarding. Sooner or later, you know you will try it. More info about my fly tying lessons HERE.

Instructions on how to tie your own leaders using a proven recipe inspired by the master himself, Lefty Kreh, available here as well.  Don't want to tie your own? The hand tied leaders are available for purchase at $4.00 each. This page is constantly under construction and new stuff will be added on a regular basis so check back often! Scroll the windows down to read a little information about each fly or to purchase one for yourself.
