Ride in comfort and stability during our Canoe Based Fly Fishing Trips in our fully outfitted fly fishing paddle crafts. These trips will take you into some of the most unspoiled areas of the Charlotte Harbor Aquatic Preserve, Myakka River State Park and the Wild & Scenic Peace River.
The locations include Lemon Bay, Englewood, Placida, Boca Grande, Charlotte Harbor and Punta Gorda.
We will target Redfish, Snook, Baby Tarpon and Sea Trout. Freshwater species include Largemouth Bass and Panfish up to the size of a dinner plate.
Trip options include the choice of half day (4 hours), 3/4 Day (6 hours) and Full Day (8 hours). Lunch is included on all full day trips.

Night Snook Fly Fishing Adventures

Snook are mostly nocturnal feeders, staging around area docks with light during the evening and early morning hours.
There are few things more exciting than drifting a glass minnow pattern near a lighted dock, feeling the take and watching the water explode as the line sided brawler of the docks makes its bid for freedom.
We will keep some crazy hours for this exciting adventure. The night Snook Charters often start around 9PM and can continue onto 2AM. At these times the quality can be huge and quantity of Snook are many.
All equipment for this unique fishing situation is supplied. This trip is offered all year round.
Limited for two anglers.
Up to five hours of heart pounding fly fishing action!

Boca Grande Beach Snook on the fly

Includes two full days of beach Snook fishing on the most pristine and uncrowded beaches of Gasparilla Island also known as Boca Grande. On this trip there is no need for the canoes. We will be on foot, walking the beach while intercepting Snook as they cruise down along the white sandy shore. The fish will be literally at our feet!
Casting lessons before the trip are provided to increase your chances of consistently hooking up! Two nights lodging and the Grove City Inn and a lunch of fresh cold cut sandwiches with a few beers also provided.
